AI Anime Generator ("the Service") is a web application that generates anime-style images and videos with AI models, and includes a Studio workflow that turns a written story into a storyboard and a composed short film. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You sign in with a Google account or an email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
Generation consumes credits. Every registered account receives 30 free credits each day; daily credits expire at the end of the same day (UTC) and do not roll over. New accounts also receive a one-time signup bonus of 100 credits.
The cost of a generation depends on its specifications — for example, a 1K image costs 5 credits, while higher resolutions, longer durations, and higher-resolution videos cost more. The exact cost is always shown before you confirm a generation. If a generation task fails on our side, the credits it consumed are refunded to your balance automatically.
You may not use the Service for anything unlawful. You may not generate content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or likeness rights, sexually explicit (NSFW) content, or inappropriate content depicting real people — including deepfakes, defamation, or harassment. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
On the free tier, generated images and videos are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Paid plans (not yet launched) will include a commercial-use license for content generated while subscribed. Regardless of tier, you are responsible for making sure your prompts and outputs do not infringe third-party rights.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output is probabilistic and may not match your expectations. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, credit rules, or pricing at any time; material changes will be reflected on this page. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
